Purpose
FINDitALL, operated by Pro Quest Trading, uses Shopify to provide an online store. This page explains the information customers give us and how it is used.
Information collected
We may collect a customer name, email, telephone number, billing and delivery address, order details, communications, and device and usage information. Payments are processed through payment providers. The information handled depends on the customer’s interaction with the store.
Use and sharing
We use information to process and deliver orders, provide support, handle returns and refunds, protect the store from fraud, meet legal obligations, and send marketing when permitted. Shopify, payment processors, delivery partners and fulfilment suppliers may process information needed to provide those services. Information may be processed outside South Africa.
Storage and customer requests
Information is kept for as long as needed for orders, support, legal obligations and disputes. Customers can request access, correction or deletion where applicable by contacting us. We use appropriate security measures, although no online system is perfectly secure.
